How the consultation works
Initial contact
Send the form or call directly to one of the three locations, briefly describing the situation.
Prior review
The case is reviewed before the meeting, so the consultation can be used to decide.
Consultation and proposal
In-person or remote meeting, followed by a clear fee proposal and next steps, with no surprises.
Before booking a consultation
How much does a first consultation cost?
The fee for the first consultation is communicated at the time of contact, before any commitment, and depends on the complexity of the case and the area of law involved.
Can the consultation be done remotely?
Yes. In addition to in-person appointments in Lisbon, Porto and Funchal, all consultations can be held by video call, with the same level of preparation and follow-up.
What documents should I prepare before the meeting?
Contracts, notices, relevant correspondence or any document related to the case. If you’re not sure what’s relevant, that is worked out together during the initial contact.
Do you support businesses outside Lisbon, Porto and Funchal?
Yes. Despite the three physical locations, support extends to businesses and individuals throughout the country, through remote consultations.
How does support for foreigners in immigration cases work?
Support covers everything from the visa application to obtaining residency or citizenship, with service in English and Spanish for clients who don’t yet speak Portuguese.
Have you been notified or detained? What to do now?
Contact us immediately by phone, at any of the three locations. In criminal proceedings, support in the first hours after a detention or notice is decisive, and you should not wait for the contact form.
